iG Cash Voucher Usage Guidelines

1. iG Cash Vouchers can be obtained and used during official events announced by iGameBUY:

  A. After claiming through exclusive events on the iGameBUY website, the voucher will be directly issued to the user's account. Path to view: Member Center - My Redemption Codes;

  B. After obtaining a redemption code from a partner event page, you can view and redeem it in iGameBUY Member Center - My Redemption Codes;

  C. During order checkout, on the payment method selection page, you can choose to use an iG Cash Voucher to offset part of the payable amount;

2. All cash vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with iG Coins (What are iG Coins) or other bank/electronic payment channel promo codes;

3. If the user selects to use iG Coins for deduction and then chooses a cash voucher, the system will default to using the latest cash voucher for deduction;

4. Once a cash voucher has been used and the order submitted, the deducted cash voucher will be locked. If payment is not completed, you must wait for the order to be automatically canceled or contact iG customer service for immediate cancellation before the voucher can be used again;

5. For orders paid with iG Cash Vouchers, if a full or partial refund is processed, the cash voucher cannot be returned and no additional compensation will be provided. Please take note;

6. The face value of iG Cash Vouchers, supported products, and usage conditions vary depending on the event. Please refer to the current voucher description and event rules for details.
