What is iGameBUY Balance?  

To enhance user experience and facilitate continuous purchases, iGameBUY Balance allows users to pre-transfer funds to purchase platform points, which can then be used for spending on the platform.

How to increase iGameBUY Balance?

If users wish to increase their iGameBUY Balance, they can do so through the top-up system in the Member Center.

The top-up system currently supports bank transfers, FPS, or cash deposits. (Currently available only for users in Hong Kong and Macau)

Top-up Process Overview:

Join as an iGameBUY member --> Enter the Member Center --> Click Top-up --> Enter the amount and select the remittance method --> Upload the receipt --> Submit the payment order and wait for customer service approval.

Can iGameBUY Balance be refunded, withdrawn, or transferred to another iGameBUY account?

No, since iGameBUY Balance has no cash value, it can only be used for purchases on the iGameBUY platform. Customers are advised not to retain any balance.

In special cases, the company may consider refunding the remaining balance to the remittance account used for the top-up (refund to the original payment method). PS: An application statement is required.
