What is iG Coin?

iG Coin is a reward point given by the iGameBUY Game Mall, which can be used to offset the payment amount of each order.  

The exchange rate between iG Coin and HKD is: 100 iG Coins = 1 HKD. (Currently, earning and spending iG Coins is only supported in the Hong Kong region.)

How to obtain iG Coin?

There are several ways to obtain iG Coin:  

1. Purchase designated products and complete the transaction to receive iG Coin. The system will automatically deposit iG Coin into your mall user account.  

2. iGameBUY Game Mall will launch limited-time events from time to time, giving away iG Coin for free, such as for new members, member referrals, or product promotions.

How to use iG Coin?

When making the final payment for an order, users can choose to use the iG Coin in their account to offset the amount; the minimum is 100 iG Coins (in increments of 100).

1. Account Balance Payment: If you have enough iG Coin, you can use it to fully offset the order amount.

2. Online Payment Methods (such as PayMe, PayPal, FPS, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, Tap&Go, Octopus, etc.): You can use iG Coin to offset up to 50% of the product amount.

*If you have used iG Coin and submitted the order but do not complete the payment, the order will be automatically canceled after a short wait, and the iG Coin will be returned to your account. You can also contact customer service to cancel immediately.  

*If you used iG Coin to offset the order but did not select to use it during payment, the iG Coin will be immediately returned to your account.
