Membership Introduction

About Membership

Upon successful registration, all iGameBUY users automatically become platform members. The iGameBUY membership system consists of seven tiers: Standard, Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond. Higher membership tiers enjoy more exclusive benefits and richer rewards. Members accumulate Growth Points through monthly spending, and the system determines the membership tier based on these points.

Tier Determination Rules

1.Tier Updates

Membership tiers are settled once a month. The system determines the tier on the 1st of every month based on the cumulative Growth Points from the previous month. The result takes effect immediately and serves as the basis for the current month's tier.

2.Upgrade, Maintenance, and Downgrade

Upgrade: Automatically occurs if the previous month's Growth Points reach a higher tier threshold.

Maintenance: The tier remains unchanged if the points meet the current tier's retention requirement.

Downgrade: Occurs if the points fall below the current tier's retention threshold.

All tier changes are based solely on the cumulative Growth Points of the previous month.

3.Special Circumstances

In the event of refunds, transaction cancellations, or violations of platform rules, corresponding Growth Points will be deducted. This may affect the tier determination for the current or following month.

iGameBUY reserves the right to adjust tiers and implement risk control measures for abnormal behavior.

Growth Points

Growth Points are generated solely from the actual completed spending amount on the iGameBUY platform and are calculated on a monthly basis. Monthly points are settled on the 1st of the following month and do not carry over. Points from each month are used only for that specific tier determination.

1.Calculation Rules

1 HKD = 1 Growth Point. For members in Macau, Singapore, and Malaysia, spending will be converted into Growth Points based on the platform's exchange ratios.

Member Benefits

Based on their tier, members are entitled to some or all of the following benefits (actual content is subject to the Member Center display):

1.Monthly Perks: Exclusive tier-based Coupons issued periodically.

2.24/7 Support: Round-the-clock online customer service for general inquiries.

3.Holiday Gifts: Access to exclusive holiday discounts, gift packs, or festive events.

4.VIP Support (High-tier): A dedicated customer service channel with priority response and handling.

5.Fast Track (High-tier): Priority processing for top-ups, inquiries, orders, and anomalies.

6.Top Picks (High-tier): Personalized recommendations for products, deals, and event bundles based on member needs.

7.Forever Perks (Eligible Tiers): Permanent vouchers with no expiration date. Specific usage rules are subject to the voucher description.
