Member Service Agreement

To adapt to the development of new e-commerce models and to promote the convenience and safety of consumption, I-BUY GLOBAL LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the "iGameBuy" Hong Kong Mall (URL: https://www.igamebuy.com) services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Operated jointly with I-BUY (MACAU) LIMITED, the platform provides online game point card services and various derivative services related to mobile commerce.

Before applying for and using this Service, you should read these Terms of Service carefully. Unless otherwise agreed with the Company in writing, once a user completes the registration process or begins using any part of the functions of this Service, it signifies that the user has read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms of Service and all relevant usage regulations. If a user has any doubts or objections to any part of the Service, these Terms, or related regulations, they should immediately cease using the Service.

If a member is a minor under the age of eighteen, they must register, use, or continue to use the Service only after their parent (or guardian) has read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of this agreement and its subsequent modifications. When a member uses or continues to use the Service, it is presumed that their parent (or guardian) has read, understood, and agreed to accept all contents of this agreement and its subsequent modifications.


I. Compliance with Member Regulations and Laws

You understand that upon registering as a member, you may use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Member Service Agreement as well as other regulations established by the Company for members (including but not limited to Customer Center content, management rules, announcements, and precautions) and relevant laws and regulations.


II. Provision of Member Personal Data

In accordance with relevant regulations and for the purpose of the services provided by the Company, you agree to provide accurate, true, and complete personal data as prompted during the registration process. You are obligated to update your data immediately if there are any changes. If you provide false information or use another person's name, thereby infringing upon others' rights or violating the law, you shall bear full legal responsibility. You also agree that if the data provided is false or inconsistent with the original registration data due to a failure to update, the Company has the right to terminate your membership and right to use the Service at any time.


III. Privacy Policy

The protection of members' registration and other specific personal data is governed by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and relevant laws. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


IV. Member Account, Password, and Security

  1. Upon completing registration, members will receive a specific password and account. The Company (including customer service staff) will never proactively ask for your password. You are responsible for the safekeeping of your account and password. Any actions or transaction instructions performed after logging in with the corresponding account, password, and payment password shall be deemed the actions of the member. If a third party obtains the account or passwords due to the member’s actions (including acts or omissions), the member shall be solely responsible for any resulting damages.
  2. If a member discovers that a third party is misappropriating, stealing, or attempting to illegally obtain their account or passwords, they must immediately change the passwords or notify the Company. Upon notification or reasonable suspicion of such abnormalities, the Company may immediately suspend the account's access until the situation is resolved. The Company shall not be liable for any compensation for damages caused by such suspension. The Company may require members to provide relevant documents (e.g., police reports, affidavits, identity documents) to restore account access. The user shall bear any losses incurred prior to completing the reporting process if:(1) The consumer failed to properly safeguard account credentials.(2) The consumer voluntarily provided credentials to others.(3) The consumer failed to use security mechanisms provided by third-party payment providers.(4) Other reasons due to the consumer's intentional act or gross negligence.


V. Service Content and Restrictions

  1. This Service acts only as an agent entrusted by the member to collect payments and convert them into designated game currency, top-up items, or denominations of top-up cards, and to pay the collected funds to third parties. The Company is not a bank or financial institution; this Service is not a financial business and cannot provide direct financial transfer services to members.
  2. For transactions involving game points, the obligation to fulfill the transaction (including warranty, defects, and after-sales service) lies with the counterparty (seller/developer) according to the Civil Code and Consumer Protection Act.
  3. Members must use the Service for legal purposes and in a legal manner.
  4. The Service may be interrupted, delayed, or experience errors due to hardware/software failure of third-party partners or telecommunications providers, human error, or system intrusion/falsification by third parties. The Company does not guarantee that the services will be stable, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted under circumstances not attributable to the Company. Members understand all risks and potential damages associated with using the Service and shall not demand compensation.
  5. All electromagnetic records within the Service website belong to the Company. If you have questions regarding account records, you must provide proof matching your account (Real Name, ID number, phone, and email) to apply for an audit. You acknowledge that the Company only retains transaction records for the most recent six months. If an account remains unused for over six months and holds no points, the Company reserves the right to terminate the account without notice.


VI. Termination of Contract and Refunds

  1. Members may terminate the contract and stop using the Service at any time by notifying the Company in writing or via email. If there is an unused "iGameBuy Balance" in the account, the Company will refund the remaining balance after deducting 30% for necessary costs and any gifted points.
  2. The Company may immediately terminate this contract upon notice if a member:(1) Maliciously attacks or damages the Company's computer systems.(2) Uses the Service for activities judged as criminal or suspicious.(3) Conducts fictitious transactions resulting in the Company not receiving payment.(4) Misappropriates or improperly uses a third party's account or personal data.(5) Engages in other behaviors deemed inappropriate by the Company with justifiable reasons.

VII. Interruption of Service

The Company will maintain system operations using reasonable technology. However, the Company reserves the right to suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice, and members shall not be entitled to compensation, under the following conditions:

  • (1) Necessary maintenance or construction of electronic communication equipment.
  • (2) Sudden failure of electronic communication equipment.
  • (3) Suspension of telecommunication services required for the Service.
  • (4) Inability to provide services due to natural disasters or other force majeure factors not attributable to the Company.


VIII. Right of Complaint

Members may file complaints regarding consumption disputes via the following channels:

IX. Miscellaneous

  1. Matters not covered in these Terms shall be governed by the procedures, descriptions, and usage norms published on the Service website or via notices. All such notices are considered part of these Terms.
  2. Use of this Service does not grant the member any express or implied license to the Company's intellectual property. Users may not reproduce, compile, or distribute any content from the Service without prior written consent.
  3. Members may not transfer their rights or obligations under this contract to a third party without the Company's prior written consent.
  4. If any part of this contract is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining parts shall not be affected.


X. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

  1. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
  2. Any disputes arising from this Service or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong as the court of first instance, unless otherwise mandated by law.
